  • Within Accra Metropolis & Spintex Area: Delivered within 24 hours (same

  • Adabraka, Madina, Airport Residential, East Legon, Osu, Labone,
    Cantonments, and nearby areas: Delivered within 24 hours.
  • Kasoa, Dome, Pokuase, Ashaiman, Tema, and outskirts of Accra:
    Delivered within 24–72 hours.

Many customers in Spintex, Adabraka, and Madina receive their items within 24 hours when they buy from the nearest branch.

2. Other Regions

  • Kumasi (Ashanti Region): Delivered within 24–96 hours (we have a dedicated Kumasi branch to speed up local deliveries).
  • Ho (Volta Region): Delivered within 24–96 hours (supported by our Ho branch).
  • Central Region (Cape Coast, Winneba, etc.): Delivered within 48–96 hours.
  • Other Regions (Northern, Eastern, Western, Brong Ahafo, Upper East/West, etc.): Delivered within 24–168 hours, depending on distance and logistics.

Note: These are estimated timelines after order confirmation and payment. During peak periods (festive seasons, Black Friday, or heavy rain), delivery may take an additional 24–48 hours.

  • Kumasi Branch — Manages local deliveries and supports Ashanti Region customers directly (within 48–96 hours for most orders).
  • Ho Branch — Serves customers in the Volta Region and nearby towns (within 48–96 hours  ).

When you order online or in-store, our team will assign your delivery from the nearest or most convenient branch to ensure faster service. You can also choose
to collect your item directly from any branch at no extra cost (subject to stock availability).

  • Delivery Fee: Varies by location and product size. We provide the exact fee during checkout or when you speak with our sales team. Some
    promotions include free delivery within selected Accra areas (within 24– 48 hours).
  • Installation: For air conditioners, washing machines, refrigerators, and gas    cookers, professional installation is often available on the same day as
    delivery or within 24 hours after delivery (additional fee applies). Our trained technicians handle the setup safely.
  • Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking update via SMS or WhatsApp. You can also track your order on our website.
