Do you offer delivery services? Yes! We provide reliable delivery across Accra, Greater Accra, and selected regions in Ghana. Many customers enjoy doorstep delivery for air conditioners, refrigerators, washing machines, and other large appliances. Delivery fees depend on location and product size. During checkout or when you contact us, our team will give you an accurate quote and estimated delivery time. We also offer same-day or next-day delivery in Accra for selected items.
Do you provide installation services? Yes. We offer professional installation for air conditioners (split units), refrigerators, washing machines, gas cookers, and other appliances that require expert setup. Installation is carried out by our trained technicians to ensure safety and optimal performance. Installation fees are separate but very competitive. Mention your need for installation when placing your order.
What payment methods do you accept? We accept:
- Cash (in-store or on delivery)
- Mobile money (MTN MoMo, Vodafone Cash, AirtelTigo Money)
- Bank transfers
- Card payments (where available in-store)
We do not currently offer hire purchase / installment plans on the website, but kindly visit any branch or call us to discuss flexible payment options for bigger purchases.
What is your return and exchange policy? Please refer to our full Return Policy page. Generally:
- Faulty or damaged products can be returned or exchanged within 7–14 days of purchase (with proof of purchase).
- Products must be in original condition with all accessories and packaging.
- Installation or customised items may have different terms.
- We inspect returned items before processing refunds or replacements.

Do your products come with warranty? Yes. Most products carry manufacturer warranties:
- Air conditioners and refrigerators often have 1-year full warranty + extended compressor warranty (e.g., 20 years on some Samsung digital inverter compressors).
- Washing machines, TVs, and other appliances usually have 1-year warranties.
Warranty details are listed on each product page. We assist with warranty claims through our branches or by coordinating with the manufacturer.
How do I track my order? Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email. You can track your order directly on our website under “Track Order” or by contacting customer service with your order number.
Can I buy from outside Accra or other regions? Yes. We deliver to most parts of Ghana. Customers in Kumasi, Ho, Tamale, and other cities can order online or visit our branches in those areas. Delivery timelines vary by location.
